Landing Drive

New Build

Landing Drive

This project took place in Morgan Pointe, just off Grafton Road, and quickly grew into a full backyard transformation.

We began by demolishing an existing 10’ × 10’ wood deck to make way for a more functional and polished outdoor living space. From there, we poured a new concrete pad addition that wraps around the back of the home, creating a clean, durable foundation that ties the entire area together.

Next, we constructed a new 20’ × 10’ composite deck using Trex Honey Grove decking, picture-framed in Toasted Sand for contrast and a refined finish. We then framed and built a 20’ shed roof over the deck, added a new set of stairs, and installed Trex Enhance White railings for a crisp, classic look. The entire project was trimmed out in Trex fascia for a seamless, low-maintenance finish.

To make the space usable in more seasons, we enclosed the covered deck using the SCREENEZE Porch System, giving the homeowners the feel of a screened porch without sacrificing airflow or visibility. We completed the exterior by shingling the roof and installing siding to match the home.

Finally, we ran electrical from an existing bedroom, adding a dedicated outlet and installing two ceiling fans to keep the space comfortable and functional day or night.

The end result is a cohesive outdoor living area that blends concrete, composite decking, and a covered, screened porch—designed for durability, comfort, and everyday enjoyment.
