Old Route 73
Nestled in the scenic landscapes of Bruceton Mills, West Virginia, a captivating log cabin recently underwent a porch repair project to revive its timeless allure. The porch, adorned with natural boulders as steps, had gracefully weathered the years but required a transformation for both aesthetic enhancement and improved functionality. Facing safety concerns and limited accessibility due to the rustic charm of natural stones, our team designed and implemented a solution that seamlessly integrated with the cabin’s beauty. Constructing two stair boxes with precision-cut pressure-treated lumber, we ensured a secure and stable structure, enhancing safety and convenience. Matching stair railings not only provided a crucial safety feature but also contributed to the overall aesthetic cohesion of the log cabin’s exterior. The successful porch repair project not only enhances safety but also adds to the visual allure of this picturesque setting, ensuring the enduring beauty of a cherished home in the hills of West Virginia.
